The Core Team consists of the Magisters, Resident Associate (RA), and College Coordinator; all Rice Faculty who serve as a support system for Martelians throughout the academic year. They are here to help keep students safe and maintain Martel's integrity and culture. The Magisters and RA all live at Martel, often with their families and pets. The College Coordinator manages the mail room and the day-to-day logistics that keep Martel up and running.
